This article describes the steps to set up an email account. First, select "Email" under "Set up account" and enter your name, email address, and password. Then choose between POP3 or IMAP and edit the settings manually. Enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers as well as the username and select the appropriate ports. Finally, click "Done" to complete the setup. Links to further information are also included.

How it works:
- Contact us by email at support@metanet.ch.
- Confirm that you accept the costs for the Premium Service.
- We will send you suggested appointment times for the setup via TeamViewer.
Important: Please make sure that TeamViewer is installed on your device before the appointment.

Under Set up account, select Email.

Enter your name, email address, and the associated password, then click Next.

Select POP3 or IMAP (here is the difference) and click Manual config.

Enter the incoming/outgoing mail server and username as shown in the screenshot.
Choose the ports for IMAP according to the screenshot; for POP3 select: 995 -
Complete the setup by clicking Done.
