Enter the domain alias and select the domain for which it should be created. Synchronize DNS zone with the primary domain The DNS zone of the alias can be synchronized with the target domain if Plesk DNS is used for both domains. Email service If this option is enabled, emails sent to the target domain will be forwarded, e.g., if an email is sent to hallo@alias-huster.ch, it will be delivered to hallo@huster-schuster.ch. Web service This setting ensures that when the alias is accessed in the browser, the website content of the target domain is displayed. Redirect with HTTP code 301 You can set up a domain alias as a search engine-friendly HTTP 301 redirect. This means the domain alias is treated the same as the target domain by search engines, and there is no difference in ranking.
