You can find a "Forgot password?" link on the login page of your server.

Now click on the "Forgot password?" link:
Please enter your registered email address:
You will then receive an email with a link. Click on it to set a new password.
Please note that a password reset can be requested a maximum of 5 times within a short period. After that, Plesk disables this function for 24 hours. If this happens, you can contact us by email at support@metanet.ch to have this lock lifted.
The password email does not arrive. What to do?
Is the email in the spam folder?
If you have set up email forwarding, this may cause the email to arrive with a delay.
If you have forgotten which email address you registered, you can contact us via email at support@metanet.ch.
If the registered email address is no longer active and you wish to change it, we require a confirmation signed by the account holder, sent by fax, scanned by email, or by mail.
