Customer Portal: Create User

To add a new user to your MyMETANET account, log in to the customer portal, navigate to "My Account," and select "User List." Click on "Add User," enter the user details, and save. An email with a link to reset the password will be sent to the specified address.

To create an additional user for your MyMETANET customer account, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the customer portal https://my.metanet.ch. (Forgot password?)
    
2. Click on My Account at the top of the navigation, then on User List:
3. Click on Add User:
4. Enter the desired details of the new user:
5. Click Save, and an email will automatically be sent to the specified address with a link to reset the password.
