After ordering a dedicated IP address from METANET, it will be assigned to your account and visible under Tools & Utilities > IP Addresses. You can assign this IP address to an existing or new subscription by selecting the dedicated IPv4 or IPv6 address in the web hosting access. Please note that a DNS adjustment is required and must be done manually. If you do not manage the zone yourself, you can contact METANET by email at support@metanet.ch.
After ordering an additional dedicated IP via 'Order Options', METANET will assign it to your account. You will see it under Tools & Utilities > IP Addresses
You can now assign this dedicated IP address to a subscription. To do this, go to the desired subscription, select Web Hosting Access, and choose the dedicated IPv4 and/or IPv6 address.

For a new subscription, you can also select the dedicated IP address right away.
Please note that this change requires immediate DNS adjustment. The DNS settings must be done manually. If you do not manage the zone yourself, please send us a corresponding request at support@metanet.ch.
