The mailbox quota determines the storage space of a mailbox. If it is exceeded, no more emails can be sent or received. The quota cannot be increased beyond the domain default. If a higher quota is needed, METANET should be contacted by email at support@metanet.ch. Resellers can set the quota themselves through their service package.

Cause
You cannot set the mailbox quota higher than the defined domain default.
