Note on package synchronization: If you assign more features in the permissions than are primarily available to the customer/reseller, you will receive a corresponding error message when synchronizing the package.
As a reseller, you can define individual service packages and assign each to a customer/subscription.
To create a new service package, click the "Add New Service Package" button under "Service Packages":
Give the service package a name and then specify the individual settings.
Resources
Here you can choose whether the customer is allowed to exceed the specified storage space or not. Also select whether you want to be notified about this. Further down, you can limit and define mailbox size, number of allowed email addresses/mailboxes, FTP users, domains, subdomains, etc.
Permissions
Here you provide the options and functions that the customer can independently access and, if applicable, adjust the settings. Any changes can be modified again at any time.
Hosting Parameters
Here you define the respective hosting settings such as storage space, statistics, website status, script support (PHP, FastCGI), as well as SSH access for the respective hosting package. Please note that if the customer has the appropriate permissions (see above), they can independently adjust and change these settings.
