This article describes how to manage the spam filter for individual email addresses in the Plesk administration tool. After logging in, navigate to the Email tab and select the corresponding email address. In the Spam Filter tab, you can adjust the sensitivity and display advanced options. You can specify what should happen with spam emails and adjust the sensitivity. Additionally, emails or entire domains can be blocked or allowed through white and blacklists.
You can manage and customize the spam filter for each individual email address as described below:

Log in to the Plesk administration tool. (Forgot password?)

Switch to the Email tab and click directly on the relevant email address:

In the next menu, switch to the Spam Filter tab. To also adjust the sensitivity, click on "Show advanced options":
| Here you can set what should happen with spam emails and how high the sensitivity should be applied. Sensitivity is reduced if you enter a higher value, or increased if you enter a lower value. If certain emails or emails from an entire domain should be completely blocked or allowed through without spam checking, you can configure this via the white and blacklists. |
