The METANET on-call service supports you with tasks that need to be performed on-site in the server rooms directly at the system console. The service covers the product groups Server (Root/Managed Server) and Data Center (Server and Rack Housing). Shared Hosting customers are excluded from this service.

Initial Check
The initial check covers the recording and communication of the current status as well as rudimentary work to restore availability. This includes system reboot, starting an alternative kernel, and other tasks that can be performed without active instructions from the system operator.
Configurations / Maintenance
This includes configuration work carried out based on instructions from the operator or, in emergencies, directly by METANET after analyzing the incident.
Emergency Express Order
Express orders are handled with the highest priority. The order costs are charged additionally.
