Price reductions for server offers are based on new purchasing conditions and do not apply retroactively. After two years of amortization, customers have the options to either adjust the price upon contract renewal or switch to new hardware, which requires data migration. Alternatively, customers can also place a new order and cancel the old contract.
Price reductions for our server offers usually result from new purchasing conditions; unfortunately, these do not affect hardware previously paid for. Since our amortization period typically corresponds to two years, after this period you have the following options:
1) Price adjustment according to new offers (from the next contract renewal)
2) Switch to hardware according to new offers
