This can be done either with Plesk Backup or by using the directory copy function, so that emails are not backed up as well, but only the web data specifically.
Proceed as follows:

- Under the Files tab, create a directory where you want to create the backup:
- Now select the directory of the respective website and then click copy:
- And select the target folder where the files should be copied:
- Finally, confirm with OK.
