Emails in the spam folder that are older than 60 days are automatically deleted to prevent a full mailbox, which could affect email reception and sending. To prevent automatic deletion, the spam filter can be configured to only mark emails as spam and keep them in the inbox. Instructions for adjusting the spam filter are available.
Emails that are older than 60 days and located in the spam folder are regularly and automatically removed.
Why are these emails removed?
Emails in the spam folder are often not deleted and can therefore lead to a full mailbox, which in turn can cause faulty email reception and sending.
How can I avoid the regular deletion of my spam emails?
The regular deletion applies exclusively to the spam folder. If you do not want your spam emails to be automatically removed, please configure the spam filter so that emails are only marked as ***spam*** and remain in your inbox, instead of being automatically moved to the spam folder. Instructions for adjusting the spam filter can be found at: Spam Filter
