To obtain the transfer code from METANET, you need to log into your account, select the "Domains" section, and click on the affected domain name. Then select the "Transfer Code" tab. The domain will be canceled in the background, and you will receive a confirmation along with the transfer code via email to the registered address. If there are any questions, METANET will contact you.
METANET sends the transfer code for the domain transfer only by email to the email address registered in the account.
You can request the transfer code anytime in the domain management area: https://my.metanet.ch
The following steps are necessary:
1. Log in with your customer number as the username and your password. (Forgot password?)
2. Select Domains in the left navigation.
3. Click on the affected domain name.
4. Now select the Transfer Code tab.
5. The domain will be canceled in the background by METANET.
6. You will receive a confirmation regarding this and the transfer code via email.
