This article describes step-by-step how to set up a Business Mail account in Gmail. First, open Gmail and navigate to the settings. There you can add a new account by selecting "Exchange." Please open Gmail and open the menu by clicking the lines icon at the top left.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- You will probably see an existing Gmail account here. Click Add account to continue.

Select Exchange to set up the Business Mail account.

Now enter your full email address and confirm with Next.

Now enter the password and also confirm with Next.

Now correct the server settings in the next step. Reverse the email address in Domain\Username format from ihre.business@mail-adresse.ch to mail-adresse.ch\ihre.business. Take the server name from your order confirmation. Complete the setup by clicking Next.

Using the button at the top right, you have the option to switch between the configured email addresses.
- In the settings, you can specify whether you want to synchronize contacts, emails, and calendars from Business Mail with Google Apps. The data will be available in the respective Google Apps.
