The storage limit per mailbox is by default set to the total storage limit of the subscription and can be adjusted. The mail server is not suitable for long-term data storage, so mailboxes should be regularly accessed and messages saved locally. If the storage limits are too low and cannot be increased by yourself, you should contact support.
The storage limit per mailbox is by default set to the total storage limit of the subscription. The limit per mailbox can be independently adjusted as described here: Increase Mailbox Quota
Please note: The mail server is not suitable for storing data over a long period. Mailboxes should be accessed regularly, and messages stored on them should be deleted from the server upon retrieval and saved locally.
If your mailbox has a storage limit that is too low and you cannot increase it yourself, please contact our support to request an increase.
