The update to the Webmailer version now allows the use of a Trash folder instead of simple marking. Users can use their own folders by enabling the option "Use own folders instead of system folders." A new Trash folder can be created or an existing folder can be defined as the Trash folder. After configuration, the folder will be displayed accordingly.
With the update to the Webmailer version, it is now possible to work with a Trash folder instead of simple marking.
To do this, proceed as follows:
- After logging in, click on the option "Edit folders" at the bottom of the left main window.
- Now activate the option "Use own folders instead of system folders"
- Either there is already a folder that you want to use as the Trash folder, or it still needs to be created.
3.1 "Folder does not exist yet"
To do this, create a folder with the desired name under the parent folder "Inbox"
3.2 "Define existing folder as Trash"
Select the option "Trash" from the drop-down menu for the desired folder.
In the example, the folder "Trash" is newly defined as the Trash folder:
