To cancel a domain with Metanet, log in to the domain management, select the affected domain, and navigate to the "Cancellation" tab. There you will see the cancellation date and can confirm or cancel the cancellation. After confirmation, you will receive an email with the auth code. If there are any uncertainties, Metanet will contact you.
You can send us a domain cancellation request at any time via the domain management: https://my.metanet.ch
The following steps are necessary:
- Log in using your customer number as the username and your password.
- Select Domains in the navigation on the left.
- Select the affected domain name.
- Now select the Cancellation tab.
- An overview will show you the date when the domain can be cancelled.
- If you want to initiate the cancellation, confirm it now or cancel the process.
- You will receive a confirmation from us by email including the required auth code.
