Delayed email sending is currently only available in Outlook. There are no officially supported options for other email programs. In Outlook, you can create a new message, select the "Options" tab, and enable "Delay Delivery." Enter the desired date and time, and the email will remain in the Outbox until it is scheduled to be sent. Important: Outlook must be open at the scheduled sending time.
At present, the delayed email sending feature is only available in Outlook. For all other email programs, there are no officially supported options.
Outlook 2013
1. Open a new message
2. Select the Options tab
3. Click on Delay Delivery
4. Enable the option to Do not deliver before and enter the desired date and time
5. Click Close
6. You can now compose, address, and send your email as usual.
The email will remain in the Outbox until the specified date and time to be sent.
Important: Outlook must be open at this time!
Outlook 2010
1. Open a new message
2. Select the Options tab
3. Click on Delay Delivery
